GENERAL RULES

Active workdays = Monday-Saturday. I will be slow responding on Sunday

Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)

You’re not allowed to claim the artwork as your own/modify without consent/submit my art to an art contest without my knowledge.

My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.

AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.

I won't draw your character based on explanation only, please give me full reference of your character.

I won’t accept AI generated images as reference.

I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.

Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within a month, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

Commissioners can ask for WIP once per 3 days.

No deadlines unless stated, but I will give updates every 5 days or less.

Work will be done no more than 2 months from starting day. I will give updates when I’m unable to work for certain days.

You receive 3x free major revision on sketch process and 3x free minor revision on rendering/final process. Please provide all feedback before letting me do revision.

More revisions than stated above will be charged additional prices

Once sketches are approved, no further major changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.

PAYMENT

Only accepting VGEN for international purchases. For local I accept BCA, Shopee pay, and Gopay payment.

Payment should be paid fully within 3 days after rough sketch are accepted.

Rough sketches are for preview only, any use of unpaid artwork is considered art theft and will be put in a blacklist.

Cancellation are acceptable as long as the payment hasn't been sent yet.

No refunds after I received the payment and/or finished the full art.

You may ask for a full refund ONLY if I didn’t give you any updates for more than a month without any announcement.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

Filing a chargeback will:

Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.

Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).

Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.

Result in a formal complaint against you.

Character from genshin/wuwa/ arknights/pgr/reverse1999 will be counted as detailed design characters, price will be automatically increased except if they use alternative outfit.

Half-mecha part will be counted as detailed design characters.

Max 3 characters only.

Commission results will be sent through Email or Google Drive Link.

You will receive both the final product in .png file and .png transparent file version.

I adjust IDR price cheaper because of Indonesian economy.
